Mission Statement:
The Advanced Basketball Program of the Snohomish Basketball Association (SBA) will provide a positive environment of growth for those students in grades five through eight who demonstrate advanced physical basketball skills and a positive mental attitude. The following characteristics will be stressed:
- increased basketball skills and knowledge
- having fun
- good sportsmanship
- teamwork
- good work ethic
- and high self-esteem
The program will work with knowledgeable community members and school coaches to help develop athletes with potential for state level competitive play by their high school years. SBA is a non-profit organization staffed by volunteers and is a division of Snohomish Junior Athletic Association.
